The 624 page NAC book has taken over 4 years to complete and contains over 70 articles that make up the 22 chapters, with exclusive cover artwork by Chris Turnbull and expertly edited by Martin Mumby.

This collectors item charts the early history of the club, from its formation in 1962 and covers over six decades of the NAC, with nostalgic articles from the early eel angling pioneers through to articles written by modern day eel anglers. A blend of both old and new with chapters on Venues, Baits, Tactics, Rigs, Winter eeling and many more along with over 30 members stories. There is also the NAC Gallery chapter that reflects the club and its members through the ages along with a tribute chapter to the clubs enduring members magazine. Last but not least, the humorous side of the NAC in the Best of the Mole.

From the print run of 500 books, 150 were allocated for general public sale with preference given to those that have a past connection to the club. 250 books have gone to current members and contributors with the remainder held back for new members that join in 2026 and 2027.
